CANCELLATION POLICY

If I need to cancel a scheduled appointment for a Private Consultation, I understand that a 24-hour notice, by phone to the M.E.M. office, is required. If I do not give a 24-hour notice, or I do not show up for my scheduled appointment, I will pay a fee of $25 for the missed appointment.
